We are seeing the automobile industry turn to autonomy through its progression towards self-driving cars. Farms are replacing workers with robotics. Now, cryptocurrency is transforming the entire financial sector for the first time in decades.
Why does this matter?
he last technological revolution we saw was the Age of Information, where the internet made it possible for companies and individuals to expand their means of communication. We saw a boom of companies transitioning onto the internet in a race to become digitally relevant. Those that did not adapt were severely hurt, if not crushed, competitively.
We are seeing the same thing today. There is now technology that has the capability to fundamentally change how business is conducted once again, all at a reduced cost.
